Payment Policy
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
NOTE: We cannot accept Credit Card payments from a Bank outside of the US. Your card MUST have been issued from a bank residing in the USA.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Backorders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
3. Please take the same care that we do sending your products out. Ensure the product you wish to return is well protected and safe from damage in transit, using appropriate sized packages and material. An item damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened or used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. The only exception is if the merchandise is returned due to a factory defect and is for exchange.
